Salted Green Mango is an atmospheric reconstruction of a street food snack common in Southeast Asia. It avoids the typical "tropical" clichés of overripe fruit and coconut, instead focusing on the tart, fibrous crunch of unripe green mango. The initial impression is sharp and refreshing, driven by a zesty combination of lime, bergamot, and orange bitters. This bright citrus opening quickly shifts into a savory, vegetal territory where the star of the show—the green mango—is enhanced by the herbal astringency of guava leaf and petitgrain. The heart of the fragrance introduces a realistic brininess that feels like sea air hitting skin. A distinct salt note and kelp accord provide a mineral backbone, while chili adds a subtle, dry heat that lingers without becoming overtly "food-like." As it settles, the composition is smoothed out by delicate floral hints of magnolia and rose, grounded by a clean vetiver and sandalwood base. Wearing it feels like standing on a humid shoreline with a bag of salted fruit in hand; it is cooling, bracing, and intensely green.
