Rose de Taif is an uncompromising, photorealistic tribute to the Taif rose, a flower known for its rare, spicy, and citrusy profile. Rather than a soft, "pretty" floral, this scent opens with an energetic snap of lemon and the aromatic, green bitterness of geranium. The initial impression is bright and sharp, avoiding the sugary sweetness found in many modern rose perfumes. A dusting of nutmeg adds a dry, woody warmth that bridges the gap between the citrusy opening and the dense floral heart. As it develops, the fragrance feels three-dimensional and "hot pink" rather than velvety red. It leans into the natural, oily, and slightly medicinal facets of the Taif rose, supported by Damask rose absolute to create a rich, long-lasting floral core. On the skin, it feels robust and sophisticated, settling into a clean musk base that retains a disciplined, spicy edge. It evokes the feeling of walking through a high-altitude rose garden in the early morning—refreshing, slightly dusty, and deeply aromatic.
