Remember Me combines sweet, milky tea with frangipani flowers. Jovoy describes ginger and cardamom warming the creamy gourmand accord, with bergamot and lemon in the opening and vanilla and cedar in the base. The floral element matters as much as the drink: frangipani sits alongside the spiced tea, giving the composition a distinct floral-gourmand character. According to artistic director François Hénin, the idea came to Cécile Zarokian while drinking karak on the Doha corniche at night. The tea was rich with milk and sugar, and frangipani scented the surrounding air. That pairing explains the fragrance’s combination of sweet creaminess, spice and flowers.
